You want 190cca minimum, 210cca+ preferred. The amp-hour rating could be viewed as how much juice the battery holds in total and isn’t necessarily related to how much strength the battery has when it comes to starting. Note that generally the lithium ones are much smaller and lighter than their lead acid counterparts, which means they won’t fit in the stock location without some padding added.
