Here's a regulator rectifier from a CX650ED - also seen on a CX400 Custom, and supposedly used on the Honda GL1100. You can usually find some on eBay US, eBay AU, eBay CA and eBay UK. It's probably used on other TI models in the CX/GL lineup:

There's nothing really remarkable about the underside - just tape residue here:
