Piston and bore lubrication – Honda CX650, GL650

The CX650 has a slightly more complex crank plate than the naturally aspirated 500s; there’s an oil jet pointing at the piston/bore, which is a separate piece on the right hand side:

It’s held in place by a thread, mating to a bolt inserted through the plate from the rear:

There’s an 8.2×1.5mm o-ring between itself and the plate, part no. 91308-MC7-000:

The part number for the oil jet assembly is 11146-ME2-000.

The left side seems to get it’s equivalent from the little outlet on the front cover – we’ll add some photos of that later!
