58 to 72 lb/ft – or 8-10kg/m for this one:
If, when doing it back up, you find that the clutch assembly keeps on spinning try putting the bike in fifth gear and apply the rear brake. It’s surprisingly doable with one person, and should allow you to torque it correctly.
Also, before you do it up make sure that the lock washer has the side marked “OUTSIDE” facing outwards (towards you) and that the center clutch nut has the flat side facing outward.
