The Honda CX500 was the first production motorcycle to be produced with tubeless tyres from the factory. Can you run tubed tyres with them, however?
As it turns out, you can run tubed tyres with the CX500 and variants on the Comstar rims. There aren't really a lot of convincing reasons to do so, and rather a few to not - tubeless tyres are a notable improvement on the old tubed design. However, if you must - or one of the advantages is worth it for you for whatever reason - you can do so.
