Make sure that both surfaces are clean of any old gasket material or anything else – the block and the face of the cover:

Install the gasket to the engine – you will need to thread the wires through the hole in the center:

Locate the cut-out in the cover for the rubber grommet around the wires:

Locate said grommet (need to reshoot this photo… bleh):

Install the grommet to the cover:

Install the crankcase ventilation tube and the six bolts and torque the bolts to 6-9ft/lb:
