Need some new rear Pro-Link suspension bushings for your Honda GL500, GL650, CX500 Turbo, CX650 Turbo or CX650E? Here are the dimensions we had ours made to for a Honda CX650ED. If you have any more information about this or another model, please let us know!

Here are the dimensions we had our replacement Pro Link steel suspension bushings made to as the old ones had rusted and seized.

The longest - two of for the GL500, CX500 Turbo, CX650 Turbo, CX650E and GL650 - part number 52475-MA1-000:

The middle size - 52453-MA1-731 - this one is for the top of the shock absorber and applies to the CX500 Turbo, CX650E, CX650 Turbo and GL650. The GL500's top piece is part number 52453-MA1-003 and we don't know if that differs size-wise. This one is also used on the VF500F's rear shock setup:

Smallest - two of for the CX500 Turbo, CX650 Turbo, CX650E and GL650 (and also used on the CBX1000 '81-'82) - part number 52462-MA2-000. GL500 uses 52473-MA0-000, superseded by 52473-MA0-010 then 52473-MA0-020 and I don't have data for that one. The last part number matches to a huge number of vehicles - CR125R, CR250R, CR450R, XR200R, CR480R, CR80R, XL250R, XL500R, XR200R and a heap more:

These could perhaps by improved by the addition of a grease spiral; otherwise they seem to be working perfectly well in practice. Anyone know the dimensions of the bushings that they sit in? Let us know on the contact page.
