How to remove the right side cover – Honda CB125E, GLH125SH

Need to access the battery, starter solenoid or main fuse? You’ll need to remove the right hand side cover on your Honda CB125E – and here’s how to do it. We find it, unsurprisingly, on the right hand side of the bike:

There’s one bolt holding it in at the bottom. You need a Phillips head screwdriver to undo it – one is provided in the toolkit if you’re on the side of the road:

There are two protrusions on the rear of the side cover which are pressed into rubber grommets on the chassis. Upper right:

It’s best to grab the side panel close to them when pulling, and don’t pull too hard or too far for fear of snapping one of them. Side cover removed:
