Which spark plugs to use for the Ford Laser KN and KQ 1.6L and 1.8L engines?

1.6L ZM engine: NGK 2262 or ZFR5F-11 (eBay AU)
1.8L BP engine: NGK 6953 or BKR5E-11 (eBay AU)

The recommended gap for both is 1.1mm. Grab them cheap from the eBay links above!
