Can't find a new water pump collar, part number 90701-415-000? Here are the dimensions in case you need to make your own or figure out whether the collar you have is a match. Outside diameter, measured with a set of digital vernier calipers (eBay US, eBay AU, eBay UK, eBay CA, Amazon):

Honda call it a 22.2mm collar (you can see it on CMSNL), which pretty well matches up with the dimensions measured.
