All are compatible with each other - the only difference we're aware of between the 415-008 and 449-008 is that the 31200-415-008 is painted silver and the 31200-449-008 is painted black. We'll post up a photo of the differences once we get two next to each other.
The Deluxe, CX650 Custom and CX500 Turbo all seem to share a starter motor, which has different specs (according to what we can find in the FSM, anyhow) to the others - you can see the spec list here. We have yet to double check this with the Deluxe and CX650 Custom manuals.
I have seen the CX650T starter motor criticised for moving to a different number of brushes which produced an inferior starter - if/when I get more info on that I will update this article.
