There cam chain plate on the automatic tensioner-equipped engines is slightly smaller than the manual tensioner models, and is held in by three bolts. They’re circled in red below:

A 10mm socket will remove the three bolts, which are identical (part number 95700-0601600, 6x16mm):

On my example motor here someone replaced all three bolts with three different bolts… I’ll get a photo of what they ought to look like. The cam chain plate itself is part number 14623-MC7-000 and was first used on the Turbo CX500, as you can tell from the product code.
