He once again used the BBCR Engineering monoshock conversion kit with the goal of a classy build which still showcased the best bits of the CX look. The front end sees new bars (Clubmans) along with a new speedometer, handgrips and indicators.

He went for a tan seat this time and kept with the retro lights, though they're of a modern LED design.

John once again used a Ballistic EVO2 8-cell battery (eBay, Amazon) hidden underneath the engine in a custom built battery box. John went for a retro-themed paintjob for the tank with a triple black gloss and pearl white gloss finish. Some engine components were powdercoated in satin black - done again by Slackers Garage Shop, same as his last build.
