Looking to swap your Honda CX500’s single piston brake caliper(s) out for the later model twin piston brake calipers? Here is some info that might help you out in your search for the right parts.
Here’s the single piston brake caliper:
^^^The above was commented out pending further examination of the part numbers.
Twin-piston 30mm calipers
The left side bracket is part number 45110-445-632 and was supposedly used on the below list of bikes. Some of these only seem to be for some markets as I can’t find evidence of it in their parts lists but I will add notes as I find out more details. Confirm the appearance before buying anything. It looks a bit like a mirror image of the right hand bracket, pictured in the section below this one.

Twin-piston 32mm calipers
These were apparently used on the Honda CB900, which also uses ~295mm discs – with the right brackets you could have a dual-sided setup with bigger pistons and bigger discs, which should notably improve braking. This info will be added once I have time to find the right part numbers etc.
Hope that helps. Anyone who has more information on these is welcome to get in touch.
