Got a broken indicator flasher controller on your Honda CB125E? Changing it out for a new one is a quick and simple process. First, you'll need to remove the left side cover. The flasher unit sits directly behind it:

It's a Mitsuba FR-2201. This seems to be quite a common flasher unit for bikes, and a quick Google shows that it's used on some recent BMW motorbikes at least! It's kept against the plastic backing plate by a rubber sheath; lift it up to remove it:

Now remove the rubber sheath, swap in your new working unit, plug the wire back in, put it back and test your indicators.
