Here’s how to install or reinstall the emulsion tubes, air correction jets and fuel jets on a Weber 32/36 DGV, DGAV, DGEV, DFV etc. carburetor. Grab the emulsion tubes first – here we are using F66 tubes:


Grab the fuel jets, installing them into the same locations from which you removed them:


Air correction jets are next – make sure that the emulsion tubes are seated neatly into their holes – you don’t want to find that the air correction jets bind up and strip on emulsion tubes that are higher than they should be. The jets should go back into the locations from which they were removed.


Next, the full power needle valve:

This is installed with a fresh copper washer in the base of the float bowl.
The pump discharge blanking needle is next:
