Motion Pro make a flywheel puller for the twisted twins in the 08-0086 (found on eBay US, eBay UK, eBay AU, eBay CA, Amazon);

So does it work? Sure does. I use this with a cordless impact wrench to get the flywheels off our CX500s and CX650s, and have had no issues with it at all across five years and dozens of motors. If you can find a hardened bolt of the same thread from a local fastener store for cheaper there's probably no reason to go with the Motion Pro bolt specifically; it is, however, of good quality (and is readily available online which may be more convenient than finding a fastener store) and has survived so far with no issue.
