To access the secondary fuses on your Honda CB125E, you'll need to remove the left side cover. Once it's removed, you should be able to see the two auxiliary fuses:

Honda conveniently provided a couple of spare fuses - one of each amperage - in case one blows. If those aren't there - or you need more (maybe find out why they're blowing?!) you should be able to source them locally at an auto store, or search eBay for 10amp glass fuses or 15amp glass fuses!
